Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured Florida A/C and electrical contractor. We pull permits when the work requires them and coordinate inspections and JEA cutovers so your project is done to code.

How often should I service my air conditioner in Florida?
Because Florida systems run hard for most of the year, we recommend a professional tune-up at least once a year — ideally in spring before peak cooling season. Maintenance members get two scheduled visits a year, so it never slips.
Do you work with property managers and HOAs?
Yes. On the commercial side we handle multi-family aluminum-wiring remediation, LED retrofits, panel and meter-bank upgrades, and recurring maintenance routes — with a single point of contact and photo-documented reporting.
