What to expect
Honest work, start to finish
A growing number of Florida insurers will not renew master or unit policies on properties with unremediated aluminum branch wiring — which has pushed many associations to fund building-wide retrofits. We've done this work across Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra.
Our process is built for properties where every unit looks different and every resident keeps a different schedule: we survey a sample of units to estimate the per-device count, build a phased plan with a tenant communication template, then retrofit one unit per electrician per day — COPALUM or AlumiConn at every device, including the panel.
Residents get advance notice with a time window, one electrician on site with floor protection, drop cloths and replaced cover plates, and power restored before we leave. The board gets a per-unit completion certificate, photos, and a master summary.
We serve:
Arlington · Baymeadows · Downtown Jacksonville · Jacksonville Beach · Mandarin · Riverside · San Marco · Southside · Nocatee · Palm Valley · Ponte Vedra · St. Augustine · St. Johns · World Golf Village

Aluminum Wiring (Multi-Family) questions
Do we have to evacuate tenants?
No. We schedule unit-by-unit, typically completing each unit in a single workday. Residents agree to a 4–6 hour window; we coordinate keys with your office.
How do you handle HOA documentation?
We provide a per-unit completion certificate signed by the licensed electrician. Boards can attach these to the unit file and forward to insurers.
Can you stage the work in phases?
Yes — most of our HOA jobs run as multi-month phases by building or floor, with monthly invoicing aligned to completed units.
Which connector method do you use?
We offer both COPALUM™ crimps and AlumiConn™ connectors. For large multi-family rollouts, AlumiConn typically balances speed and code compliance best, but we'll spec what fits each box.
