What to expect
Honest work, start to finish
It starts with a photometric audit: we count fixtures, measure light levels, and verify what's installed. You get a proposal with per-fixture pricing, projected energy savings, a payback period, and a rebate forecast.
We file the rebate paperwork with JEA or the relevant utility on your behalf, then install — after-hours where appropriate, with temporary lighting to keep operations going. Bulk CFL and HID lamps are recycled through certified handlers.
You get a final report with before/after photos and warranty info. Once the retrofit is in, we offer monthly or quarterly site walks to catch dead fixtures, drivers, or sensors before customers notice.

Almost never. We work overnight or after closing, fixture-by-fixture, with temporary lighting if needed. Retail floors stay shoppable.
How much can we expect to save?

What about rebates?
JEA and many utility partners offer rebates on qualified LED upgrades. We handle the paperwork and apply on your behalf.
Do you recycle the old CFLs and HID lamps?
Yes. Bulk CFL and HID lamps contain mercury and other materials that must be recycled through certified handlers — we manage that.
