What to expect
Honest work, start to finish
The equipment we replace most: multi-position meter banks on condos and apartments, main distribution panels feeding 200–800A services, Federal Pacific Stab-Lok commercial panels, Zinsco distribution and sub-panels, and aging risers, weatherheads, and grounding systems.
Most of our commercial panel work happens at properties full of people — apartment buildings, occupied office suites, retail tenants. We plan downtime tightly, coordinate with JEA for the disconnect/reconnect, and compress the lights-out window into a single overnight shift whenever possible.
A typical timeline: site survey and permit submission in the first week, material delivery and tenant notice in the second, a JEA-coordinated 4–8 hour overnight cutover, and inspection with a punch list the next day.
