What to expect
Honest work, start to finish
We start by inventorying every unit on the property — make, model, tonnage, filter sizes, and location — so the agreement covers exactly what you run. Then we set a visit cadence that fits your season and budget.
On each visit we service the parts that get dirty and test the parts that wear out, unit by unit. Anything trending toward failure is flagged early with a photo and a recommendation, so a small planned fix replaces a mid-summer emergency.
You get a documented report per period and a single point of contact. Agreement clients also move to the front of the line on service calls and receive member repair rates.

Maintenance Contracts questions
How often should commercial rooftop units be serviced?
Most light-commercial rooftop equipment benefits from quarterly service in a Florida climate — at minimum twice a year, before cooling and heating seasons. We set the cadence to your equipment and hours.
Can one agreement cover multiple locations?
Yes. We run scheduled routes for multi-site clients — retail chains, property managers, and office parks — with consolidated reporting and one point of contact.
What do maintenance agreements cost?
Pricing is based on the number and type of units and the visit cadence. (Placeholder: add agreement tiers, visit frequency, and per-unit pricing.) Send us a unit list and we will scope it.
